You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Human Resources, Health & Safety, Procurement, Information Technology, and external suppliers, taking ownership of vital administrative records and operational trackers, helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.
What You’ll Be Doing

Support the day-to-day administrative activities of the Facilities team, including maintaining records, reports, and responding to internal workplace infrastructure requests.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure the effective delivery of facilities services and help coordinate office infrastructure, workspace organization, and internal events.

Assist with supplier management by supporting service providers, overseeing service contracts, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Use your skills in administration to support the control of KPIs, documentation, invoices, and other operational processes.

Continuously learn and share ideas to participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance facilities operations and elevate the overall employee experience.
What We're Looking For

Education: Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Mindset: A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach with a strong willingness to learn and build a career in Facilities Management.

Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a dynamic, solution-oriented environment.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel proficiency.

Language: Intermediate proficiency in English to effectively communicate across teams.
