What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure daily follow up of the status of export and import shipments;
- Be responsible for monthly analysis of the performance of freight forwarders and brokers;
- Notify about problems and situations within international Logistics area that can impact the organization;
- Participate in the Continuous Improvement process for the export and import area;
- Be part of the quarterly analysis of lead times and transit times for export and import shipments;
- Support on monthly reports of department performance results;
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or similar, within Comex or alternatively, have some years of experience in import and export environment is required;
- Outstanding skills within communication, organization, analysis and negotiation;
- Knowledge on BR taxes and accountability is a plus;
- Advanced English;
