The Impact You'll Make

As a Junior Accounting Analyst based in Osasco, Brazil, you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information that supports business decisions. Your work will help maintain reliable financial records, compliance with reporting requirements, and smooth accounting operations.

Reporting to the Comptrollership Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across accounting processes, month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting within a collaborative and professional environment.
You will work closely with experienced finance professionals, contributing to key accounting activities while developing your technical expertise and understanding of financial controls and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Record accounting transactions in the ERP system to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
  • Perform account and bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and support data integrity.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Review, organize, and maintain accounting documentation to strengthen audit readiness and compliance.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial data and reports to support business and management decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Accounting or currently completing the final years of an Accounting program.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to perform reconciliations, analyze financial information, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Intermediate English proficiency with strong organization and communication skills.
