The Impact You'll Make

 

At Danfoss in Osasco, Brazil (On-site), you will play a key role in leading manufacturing operations for our condensing unit production site. Your leadership will help ensure a safe, high-quality, and efficient production environment that delivers value to our customers while supporting sustainable growth.
In this role, you will empower teams, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. By promoting Lean manufacturing principles and developing frontline talent, you will directly contribute to productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
You will also help shape the future of our operations by supporting new product introduction, cost optimization initiatives, and organizational transformation efforts that strengthen our competitive position in the market.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Lead daily manufacturing operations and team performance to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
.Coach and develop team leaders and operators to build engagement, accountability, and a high-performing production culture.
Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen activities, and idea-generation workshops to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System to deliver reliable products to customers.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, and other support functions to support production, implement changes, and successfully execute improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Experience leading manufacturing teams in an industrial production environment and developing frontline employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and change management practices.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, brazing, mechanical assembly, pressure/leak testing, and basic electrical testing.
  • English advanced 
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing leadership experience.
