Join us as a Sales Administration Analyst and play a vital role in supporting our industrial customers, structured OEMs, and partners in Brazil. In this position, you will ensure that customer needs are fully met, delivering an outstanding customer experience and contributing to our commitment to efficiency and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and control sales orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to analyze and address backorder items, supporting effective inventory and delivery management.
  • Handle customer service requests via telephone and email, using the CRM system to track and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Administer prices, commissions, and rebates in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Provide operational support to representatives, distributors, and sales teams, enabling smooth communication and workflow.

What We're Looking For

  • Written and conversational English skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of business processes and their application in a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
