What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and control sales orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the planning team to analyze and address backorder items, supporting effective inventory and delivery management.
- Handle customer service requests via telephone and email, using the CRM system to track and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Administer prices, commissions, and rebates in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Provide operational support to representatives, distributors, and sales teams, enabling smooth communication and workflow.
What We're Looking For
- Written and conversational English skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Knowledge of business processes and their application in a sales environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
