Job Description
Danfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administration Analyst to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company, taking full responsibility for each assigned customer account. The analyst will ensure that all customer requirements and needs are fully met while maintaining the company's vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity, and professionalism are required, as there will be daily contact with customers and a direct influence on their satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Management and control of sales orders.
- Perform analysis with the planning team to contribute to the management of backorder items.
- Customer service by telephone and email (CRM System).
- Interaction with other departments (Fulfillment, Logistics, Finance, Production)
- Compliance with internal rules and policies.
- Commission registration.
- Registration of prices and discounts.
- Forecast control for Key Accounts.
- Support for representatives, distributors, and salesman.
- Act in solving problems related to internal processes and customers’ requirements.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Degree in Business Administration or other related areas.
- English intermediary level
- Spanish advanced
- +3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Knowledge of business processes.
- Knowledge in SAP or similar systems
- Knowledge in CRM system
