Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Sernior Import & Export Analyst. You will have the opportunity to become part of a thriving and motivated department, where you can challenge yourself by managing a versatile and comprehensive position with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. This position is based in Osasco. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.  

Ensure daily follow up of the status of import and export shipments; 

Be responsible monthly analysis of the performance of freight forwarders, brokers and carriers; 

Notify about problems and situations that impact availability for the organization; 

Participate in the Continuous Improvement process for the import and export area; 

Be responsible quarterly analysis of lead times and transit times from import and export shipments; 

Prepare reports monthly department performance results; 

Act as on cost reduction and lead time optimization. 

 

Background & Skills

Background & Skills 

 Bachelor’s degree or similar, within Comex or alternatively have some years of experience in import and export environment is required; 

• Outstanding skills within communication, organization, analysis and negotiation; 

• Have knowledge on HTS classification of goods; 

• Advanced English; 

•Spanish (Differential).
