The Impact You'll Make
As our Technical Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in support our customers regarding the correct aplication of our refrigeration and air conditioning products and solutions.
Your impact? Collaborate with Sales, P&D, Quality, Application and Technical Support teams. You’ll also have to deal with external partners like sales agents, instructors and inspectors.
You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering technical presentations and product/solution demos online and/or at customer location.
- Configure and validate technical solutions.
- Provide installation and upgrade support.
- Delivering timely and accurate high-level after-sales support to our customers
- Advise on product capabilities and limitations.
What We're Looking For
- Technician or Bachelor in Engineering degree (Control and Automation, Mechatronics, Refrigeration or Mechanical)
- Proven experience on Commercial Refrigeration including system automation and controls, specially Chiller applications.
- Ability to balance high demands inherent with multiple customers while managing projects and technical discussions.
- Advanced Portuguese and Intermediate English – Spanish is a differential.
- Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally. Must have own car.
