The Impact You'll Make

Leads the Process Quality Engineering (PQE) team and is responsible for the quality and stability of all manufacturing processes. This role directs the team's daily work in quality planning for new products, solving production problems, and driving process improvements to meet plant quality goals. 

What You’ll Be Doing

Quality Systems & Process Control Leadership

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (e.g., ISO/TS).
  • Oversee all Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP/PPAP) activities for new and revised products.
  • Coordinate and manage reviews and revisions to production FMEAs and Control Plans.
  • Direct internal quality audit teams to ensure system compliance and effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving Leadership

  • Champion the adoption of Six Sigma methods, acting as a "change agent" to improve the facility's overall performance.
  • Establish, train, and lead cross-functional Root Cause Analysis teams to investigate quality problems, reduce DPPM, and meet plant goals for customer returns, warranty, and scrap.
  • Guide team participation in cost-out activities and ensure follow-up on all corrective actions.

Team & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure effective verbal and written communication within the team and across the organization.
  • Lead the team's contribution to various plant improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Preferred qualifications in Engineering or other technical degree, CQT, CQE, EIT, CQA.
  • Good command of English
