Admin and Finance Support - 18 months FTC

Job Description
Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking an Admin finance support who will be involved on Accounts payable, Account receivables, General ledger activities, and statutory and USGAAP reporting to HQ. ERPs functionalities skills are also required to fulfill credit notes/debit notes, part number activation, Transfer price check tasks. Go to person to internal stakeholders to provide requested financial data, discuss credit collection topics, FP&A, and to all external Fiscal/Legal consultant to support compliance data evidence.
Job Responsibilities
- AP/AR/GL:
- Be the first contact for all AP and AR and General Ledger internal stakeholders;
- Ensure the booking of AP invoices from Central Team (GSSC);
- Support GFSS for AP holds resolutions;
- Raise Credit notes to customers against internal requests;
- Check completeness cycle in SDI/Edicom system;
- Support Internal Tax Dept with appropriate AR doc corrections.
- Ensure compliance in documentation retain as applicable
- Update Std costs for Part numbers, and activate items in ERP system environment (our ERP database is Mfg Pro but no specific knowledge is required)
- Reporting:
- Support Conai/Intrastat submission from external Fiscal Studio;
- Support Central Tax Team for VAT liquidation submission.
- Balance Sheet reconciliation support;
- Reconciliation of Sales & COS& Margin on monthly basis
- Aging for payables and Receivables revised monthly;
Background & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in economics
- Fluent English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing
- Organization and time management skills
- Team-oriented problem solving skills and corrective action methodology
- Proficient in creative problem solving, conflict resolution, and managing priorities
- 2-4 years of professional experience in other multinational finance dept/accounting / FP&A
- Oracle financial knowledge is welcome but not mandatory
