Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and highly motivated individual to join us as Analyst, Payroll & HR Operations to support several countries in Southeast Asia. The incumbent will report directly to the Head of HR Hub, Asia Pacific & India.

Job Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, social security regulations, and other statutory requirements related to payroll.
  • Address payroll-related queries and issues from employees and resolve any discrepancies.

HR Operations

  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with company goals, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Support managers and employees on all HR operations related issues via service hub.
  • Administer and coordinate all benefits related requests.

Training Administration

  • Manage training registration and coordination.
  • Provide HRDC utilization report to local HR on monthly basis (Malaysia only).

Expat Management

  • Coordinate with global mobility and vendors on expatriate matters including work permit/dependents’ applications and renewal, taxation matters, relocation assistance, etc.
  • Additional duties as required.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a HR services or shared services environment.
  • Understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculation, tax regulations, deductions, and compliance with labor laws. Proficiency in using payroll software and systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow is an added advantage.
  • Working through ticketing experience.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to getting the job done in timely manner.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
