As a Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring customer demand is translated into efficient and reliable production plans. Your work will help deliver products on time while balancing capacity, inventory, quality, and operational performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain production plans to align customer demand with manufacturing capacity and inventory availability.
- Coordinate material, production, and logistics flows to ensure on-time delivery and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
- Monitor production performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess capacity constraints, prioritize workloads, and support operational decision-making.
- Participate in SIOP activities and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning processes and supply chain performance.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Adapted from the logistics education requirement in the role profile.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, or a manufacturing environment.
• Professional English communication skills (minimum B2 level) with the ability to work across functions and stakeholders. Fluency in French is a must.
• Experience working with ERP systems and strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
• Ability to analyze demand and capacity, solve problems proactively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
