We are looking for a Plant Controller based at our headquarters in Nordborg!
You will play a key role in shaping the financial performance of one of Danfoss’ core production sites for controllers and joysticks. By partnering closely with plant leadership, you’ll turn complex financial data into clear insights that support better decisions and stronger results.
In this role, your work directly influences how resources are used, how risks are managed, and how performance is improved across the plant. Your analyses will help balance ambitious targets with sustainable, long-term value creation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with plant leadership to analyze financial performance, challenge assumptions, and support sound business decisions.
- Monitor and control costs across all major categories, identifying deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive forecasting and budgeting for the plant, including quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and deviation analysis.
- Deliver clear financial reporting with meaningful KPIs, trends, and insights that support operational excellence.
- Support projects and change initiatives by providing financial models, business cases, and hands-on guidance.
What We're Looking For
- A solid background in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration, with relevant experience in a finance role.
- Great skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with the ability to translate data into actions.
- Experience working with Excel and ERP/reporting tools (e.g., SAP and BI solutions).
- The confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively and act as a trusted business partner.
- Clear communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
