Job Description

As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for analyzing and continuously improving production processes and quality.

 

You ensure the requirements for launching new products and actively participate in the development process as part of an international team. Additionally, you work on analyzing and continuously improving existing production processes.

Areas of responsibility

 

  • Designing manufacturing cells, optimizing material and information flow.
  • Analyzing and implementing new production technologies into manufacturing.
  • Industrializing new products in collaboration with the development department.
  • Supporting ongoing production, training manufacturing personnel.
  • Assisting with internal quality control, implementing control measures.

 

Background & Skills

  • Technical education or relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of production processes and methods.
  • Conscientious, dedicated, and team-oriented work style.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Strong spoken and written German, English, and Italian skills.
