The Impact You'll Make

Join our Shared Service Centre as an AP Analyst and work together with great colleagues within Danfoss group and use your organizational talent to coordinate with various stakeholders. You will work from Povazska Bystrica and report to a local Team Leader.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparation & Posting of more complex  supplier invoices and credit notes (manually and through a scanning solution)
  • Checking correctness of invoices
  • Monitoring of SAP workflow items
  • Checking of open cases, clearing of open supplier balance items
  • Daily contact with supplier and stakeholders
  • Reconciliation of the supplier balances
  • Monthly closing activities, Intercompany reconciliation, accrual preparation
  • Follow-up and resolution of internal and external requirements via Ticketing system
  •  Archiving documents as per country regulations
  • securing documentation for internal controls
  • Support audit queries

What We're Looking For

  • Secondary education with specialization in Accounting (e.g. Business Academy)
  • Relevant experience in accounting or finance domain (will be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of MS office (Excel and Word)
  • Intermediate English communication skills (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
  • Good team player, flexible, solution oriented, adaptive to change, detail oriented and responsible in terms of getting things done in agreed due date and with best quality
