The Impact You'll Make
As our Customer Care Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing and maintaining high-quality customer master data. Your impact? You’ll help improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and support projects that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. By working with advanced systems and collaborating across teams, you’ll enable a more efficient and data-driven future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate master data in SAP.
- Create and update customer accounts, ensuring compliance and data quality.
- Handle internal and price-related credit/debit notes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support key projects (e.g., Deduplication, EILP dismantling).
- Work with tools like SAP, CRM, BW reporting, and Microsoft Office to improve processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in order entry or customer service roles (1–3 years).
- Strong SAP knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level); another language is a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly and support team needs across projects.
- A mindset focused on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
