You will play a key role in Danfoss’ Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 journey, helping connect machines, data, and people to enable better decisions across production.

By building smart, scalable digital solutions, you will support safer processes, higher quality, and more efficient operations—while contributing to a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives by designing and implementing digital solutions that improve production performance and project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as Power BI, SQL, MES/MOM, and CIMCO to support data based decision-making.
  • Automate workflows and processes with Microsoft Power Platform to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.

What We're Looking For

  • A curious, growth‑oriented mindset with a strong interest in innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with data analytics in a manufacturing environment (e.g., SQL, MES/MOM, CIMCO).

  • Collaboration with supportive local and global colleagues across manufacturing, automation, and digitalization.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities, supported by a strong culture of knowledge sharing.
  • A stable, purpose‑driven workplace focused on innovation, sustainability, and long‑term growth.
