Job Description

Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a well-organized, detail and customer - oriented Facility Manager for our plant in Povazska Bystrica and Dubnica nad Vahom, who will be responsible for preserving the good condition of building infrastructure to provide efficient and safe working environment for our employees and their activities.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Planning, budgeting, negotiating, organizing and supervision of maintenance, repair works and mandatory inspections
· Planning supervision of capex projects. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, cooperation with Real Estate Focus Team on technical solutions, and design standards
· Supervision and coordination of suppliers of canteen and catering services, vending machines, drink dispensers
· Negotiating with media suppliers, evaluating media consumption and use of energy monitoring system
· Preparation of documents for internal and external safety audit
· Cooperation with local authorities on permits, etc.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills: 

• · Bachelor’s degree and/or certificate within Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil)
  · 5 years’ experience in similar position
  · Experience in facility management and related capex projects in industrial/manufacturing real estate. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and international environment.
  · Slovak or Czech – native
  · Written and spoken English – B2
  · Negotiation skills
  · Ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  · Presentation and communication skills
  · Team player
  · Willingness to learn
  · AutoCad - ability to read/open dwg files, ability to introduce basic changes
  · SAP - basic knowledge
