As a Product Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across different regions and contribute to both ongoing product improvements and the development of new technical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Participate in product development and optimization activities across the entire lifecycle
• Support the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation in accordance with company standards
• Cooperate with global engineering, testing, production, and sourcing teams
• Analyze technical challenges and contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Provide technical support for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing within the engineering team

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or Hydraulics
• Proficiency in CAD tools (NX preferred), basic experience with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter)
• Knowledge of design principles, GD&T, root cause analysis; Six Sigma is an advantage
• Solid English communication skills (B2 level)
• Ability to work in a global team environment and adapt to a dynamic setting
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
