As our new Senior Engineer, System Application, you will help customers turn complex technical challenges into reliable, high-performing machine solutions. By combining hydraulics, electrification, and electronic controls, you will play a key role in bringing innovative mobile equipment to life.

Your expertise will directly influence machine performance, efficiency, and customer success. From system design and application support as part of our technical sales team, to hands-on testing and optimization, you will help customers achieve better results in the field.

Working closely with customers, distribution partners, and engineering teams, you will bring valuable market insights back into Danfoss and help shape the next generation of mobile machine solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and specify hydraulic, electrification, and control system solutions that meet customer requirements and machine performance targets.
• Provide technical application support and system sizing expertise to help customers successfully implement Danfoss technologies.
• Lead customer projects by coordinating communication between customers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
• Conduct machine testing and tuning at customer sites and at our Application Development Centre to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and technology demonstrations that strengthen customer knowledge and support future business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience applying hydraulic, electrification, or electronic control solutions within mobile or off-highway equipment applications.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic systems, CAN bus communication, application control systems, and technical problem solving.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions and communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with agricultural, construction, or other mobile machinery applications.
• Strong English language skills and a proactive, continuous-learning mindset.

4. Minimum Monthly Base Salary of EUR 2,800 gross/month (minimum base salary; final compensation will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications)
