What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead sourcing and supplier projects that deliver cost savings, quality improvements, and business value.
- Partner with engineering, project management, and category teams to support new product development and supplier integration.
- Develop and strengthen supplier relationships to identify innovation opportunities and build a pipeline of productivity improvements.
- Manage supplier changes, redesign initiatives, and sourcing transitions while ensuring quality and compliance requirements are met.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and drive mitigation actions to support project success and business continuity.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of international procurement or sourcing experience in a global environment.
- Demonstrated project management experience with a proven track record of delivering ambitious objectives.
- Strong personal drive and persistence, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrix organization.
- Experience in strategic sourcing, cost reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations, risk mitigation, and commodity market management, ideally within raw materials, castings, machining, or turned parts categories.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation, combined with strong communication skills and a global mindset.
