As our Process Engineer, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency, quality, and competitiveness of our production and engineering processes in Tuchom near Gdańsk.
Your impact? By combining technical expertise with process optimization and cross-functional collaboration, you will help deliver reliable and energy-efficient solutions that support both our customers and sustainability ambitions.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, sales, and product management teams while taking ownership of technical documentation, process improvements, and product standardization initiatives — helping us create smarter and more efficient solutions for the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation while ensuring accuracy and high quality standards
- Optimizing technical and process solutions with a focus on efficiency, cost, and product performance
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, product standardization, and operational efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional and international teams including Sales, R&D, Product Portfolio, and Production
- Participating in engineering and development projects, supporting problem-solving activities and implementation of new technical solutions
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Initial experience in engineering, process optimization, or technical project environments
- Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD
- Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work
- Very good Polish and communicative English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Knowledge of heating or hydronic systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
- Experience working in an international or matrix organization
