The Impact You'll Make

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that Danfoss has the right indirect goods and services in place to support business operations efficiently and cost effectively. Your work will help drive operational excellence, supplier performance, and sustainable growth across the organization.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will contribute to sourcing strategies, contract execution, and procurement initiatives that create value while supporting compliance, quality, and business continuity. Your ability to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for improvement will directly impact overall business performance.

This is an on-site position based in Osasco, Guaratinguetá, or Caxias do Sul, Brazil, reporting to the Procurement Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage procurement activities for indirect materials and services to ensure business needs are met efficiently and on time.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver sourcing solutions that support operational and financial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to improve quality, service, cost competitiveness, and risk management.
  • Analyze spending and procurement data to identify savings opportunities and support data-driven decision making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement processes, compliance, and overall business value.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, purchasing.
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships and support sourcing or negotiation activities across multiple categories.
  • Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and suppliers in a business environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and procurement-related reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
