As our Product Application Engineer, you’ll play a key role in providing expert technical solutions and great customer support.
Your impact? You will ensure customer satisfaction through tailored engineering designs. You'll empower our sales channels with expert training and support. Your insights will also help shape our product strategy.
You’ll collaborate with customers, sales, and engineering teams and take ownership of the technical application process, from design to training, helping us move toward a more innovative and efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate customer requirements into internal designs, create new designs for Danfoss products using software like Pro-E, NX, and AutoCAD, and solve various technical problems.
- Act as the primary technical contact for internal and external customers, and serve as the focal point for the Fluid Conveyance products distribution channel.
- Serve as the product's technical expert, providing portfolio training to sales channels (distributors and OEMs) and customers.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met, and actively participate in the improvement of existing processes and procedures.
- Create and ensure the availability of all necessary technical documentation (drawings, bills of material, etc.) and provide market intelligence to Product Managers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- Post-graduation or MBA is a plus.
- Experienced in reading and drafting drawings in CAD software.
- Fluency in english and portuguese (spanish is a plus).
- Desired/Preffered Fluid Conveyance Knowledge.
