As our Product Expert, Modular Solutions, you’ll play a key role in enabling high-performing and reliable air-conditioning solutions by providing expert product knowledge and technical support to customers and internal stakeholders worldwide.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Quality, Sales, and Application Engineering, taking ownership of product support, technical problem-solving, and product improvement initiatives, helping us move toward a more innovative, customer-focused, and efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide global technical product support to internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering) and external customers
- Take full ownership of product and application issues, from analysis through final resolution
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges related to products and their applications
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, and Quality on product changes, improvements, and new variants
- Prepare and deliver technical trainings and act as a trusted technical partner for customers
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (HVAC, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Electrical, or similar)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning (commercial & business), HVACR, or related industries
- Strong technical competence and a product-driven mindset
- Self-driven personality with the confidence to take initiative and ownership
- Very good English skills and the ability to work in a global, customer-facing environment
