The Impact You'll Make

As our Product Portfolio Manager, you’ll play a key role in Drives China Division. By deep insight into the needs and changing trends of Chinese AQUA customers, he/she continuously enhances the market competitiveness of products by defining, developing new products and upgrading existing products, with the goal of reaching the first or second position in the industry by 2030. He/She maximizes the product revenue of AQUA market by optimizing the product portfolio and meticulously managing the entire product lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide timely & effective product support for frontline through E2E approach and serve as product interface for AQUA cross-functional team
  
• Responsible for local launch and promotion of new products & new features
  
• Drive new product business planning, new product development and continuous product improvement as product owner
  
• Define product market positioning (including pricing strategy) and value proposition
  
• Regularly evaluate product market performance and adjust strategies to secure product competitiveness 
  
• Monitor product quality status and take necessary action as part of MQG
  
• Lead product phase-out and conversion
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or relevant area, with more than 5 years working experience in AC drive applications.
  
• Product operation and support experience with good service sense.
  
• Expertise in product launch and promotion, as well as product roadmap and portfolio planning desired.
  
• Commitment for responsibility, teamwork and self-motivation.
  
• Good at communication, interaction, and collaboration (cross-function and across borders).
