You will play a key role in strengthening how we manufacture technically complex burner components that our customers rely on every day. Your work will directly support safer operations, higher quality, and more efficient production.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Optimize and upgrade manual and automated assembly lines to increase output, improve quality, and reduce cost.
• Support daily production through close collaboration with operators and stakeholders, contributing to problem solving and stable operations.
• Act as the operational representative in projects, driving process changes and ensuring smooth introduction of new products and variants.
• Use data analysis and capability studies to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements.
• Maintain production documentation and work instructions, and lead structured root cause problem solving when quality deviations occur.
What We're Looking For
• A background as an engineer or technician, with experience from a production or manufacturing engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated production lines and a strong interest in continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of SAP and structured improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma, as well as quality standards like IATF 16949 and core tools (e.g. PFMEA, MSA, control plans).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross functional and multicultural teams.
• Comfortable communicating in both English and Danish.
