As our Production Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a stable, efficient, and responsive production flow at Danfoss Drives in Gråsten. By connecting demand, capacity, and material availability, you help ensure we are always ready to deliver—no matter what our customers require.

A production setup with high delivery reliability, optimized inventory levels, and smooth daily operations. You’ll enable production teams to work efficiently and confidently, while supporting Danfoss’ commitment to operational excellence.
You’ll collaborate closely with production, logistics, and technical teams and take ownership of planning processes in SAP, helping us move toward a more efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the daily planner for assigned production areas, ensuring overview and execution of production schedules
- All planning is managed in SAP based on customer orders, and capacity is secured in close dialogue with supervisors, production technicians, and production workers
- Ensure stable delivery performance by securing raw materials and components in close cooperation with production teams
- Maintain and optimize inventory levels, including adjustments, stocktaking, and reporting of critical components
- Support continuous improvement by maintaining master data, coordinating bill of material changes, and contributing to KPI compliance
What We're Looking For
- Experience in production planning, logistics, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong system and process understanding, ideally with advanced SAP knowledge and regular use of MS Office
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner while maintaining overview and priorities in a busy day
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with multiple stakeholders in a production environment
- Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken, combined with a flexible and proactive mindset
