As a Supervisor in Assembly Operations, you are very close to everyday life in production. You are the one who makes things work – both for people and for flow. You create direction, security and energy in the team and ensure that we deliver high-quality products every day – safely, efficiently and on time.
Your efforts can be felt directly on the floor: in the collaboration, in the atmosphere and in the results. Together with your team, you will help make Danfoss Drives in Gråsten a place where we are proud of what we produce – and of the way we do it.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Daily management and support of a team of skilled assembly operators
- Create a safe and secure workplace where everyone looks out for each other
- Ensure stable operations with a focus on quality, delivery and productivity
- Planning and follow-up on the day's production and key figures
- Development, well-being and competence enhancement of employees
- Close collaboration with planning, quality, technology and logistics
- Continuous improvement of processes, workflows and collaboration (LEAN)
- Ensure that standards and procedures are followed – and make sense in practice

Your background
- Experience from production or assembly – preferably with management responsibility
- Knowledge of LEAN, 5S or improvement work is an advantage
- Comfortable with data, follow-up and digital tools
- Danish at mother tongue level and English at user level
- Technical or skilled background is a plus – but not a requirement
