At Danfoss, you'll play a critical role in leading production teams to deliver safe, high-quality products while driving operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, helping the business meet customer commitments and production goals.

 

As a Production Supervisor, you'll spend significant time on the manufacturing floor coaching employees, solving challenges, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Your leadership will help build engaged, high-performing teams that are empowered to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead and support production team members to achieve key performance goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

 

  • Facilitate root cause problem solving (RCPS) and continuous improvement initiatives that remove barriers and improve operational performance.

 

  • Coach, train, and develop employees through regular feedback, performance management, and cross-training opportunities that strengthen team
    flexibility and capability.

 

  • Make staffing and work assignment decisions that optimize labor utilization, support production targets, and build high-performing teams.

 

  • Champion 5S principles, workplace safety standards, and compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

 

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in a production environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
