As a Production Supervisor, you'll spend significant time on the manufacturing floor coaching employees, solving challenges, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Your leadership will help build engaged, high-performing teams that are empowered to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support production team members to achieve key performance goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Facilitate root cause problem solving (RCPS) and continuous improvement initiatives that remove barriers and improve operational performance.
- Coach, train, and develop employees through regular feedback, performance management, and cross-training opportunities that strengthen team
flexibility and capability.
- Make staffing and work assignment decisions that optimize labor utilization, support production targets, and build high-performing teams.
- Champion 5S principles, workplace safety standards, and compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and operational procedures.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in a production environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
