What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily production operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives while meeting production schedules and customer expectations.
- Develop, coach, and support production teams by promoting engagement, skill development, and a positive work environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support new projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives that enhance manufacturing performance.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts through Lean Manufacturing activities, Kaizen events, cost reduction initiatives, and process optimization projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management systems while promoting operational excellence and risk-based thinking throughout the production process.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing environments with an interest in leading teams, driving results, and supporting operational excellence.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles, with a passion for identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and develop others.
- Familiarity with quality, environmental, and safety management systems, along with a commitment to creating safe and efficient operations.
