What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead manufacturing teams to achieve production goals while delivering strong performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on on-time delivery, labor optimization, scrap reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Coach, develop, and support team members to enhance skills, build flexibility, and strengthen overall team performance.
- Monitor operational KPIs, conduct process checks, and ensure adherence to standard work practices and performance expectations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, safety, and positive employee relations across all shifts and operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing manufacturing or operations teams.
- Availability to work rotating shifts in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Safety, SPC, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Management principles.
