At Danfoss, you will help ensure that our electric heating products are tested reliably and manufactured to high quality standards. Your expertise in automated production testing will directly influence product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and production stability.
As our Production Test Engineer you will take ownership of production test systems and use data to solve technical problems, prevent recurring failures, and improve how we manufacture and test our products. You will also contribute to new product introductions and test system upgrades, giving you the opportunity to influence both existing and future production.

You will work onsite, our location: Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Chrzanowska 5.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and continuously improve automated production test systems, troubleshooting technical issues and implementing changes that increase availability, productivity, and product quality.
- Use production and test data to identify root causes, detect trends, and implement sustainable improvements to manufacturing and testing processes.
- Develop and maintain NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand solutions, including test software, sequences, process parameters, and technical documentation.
- Lead and support engineering projects focused on test system upgrades, process optimization, and new product introduction (NPI).
- Partner with Production, Quality Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to solve technical challenges and ensure stable manufacturing processes.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand, including modifying VIs, troubleshooting existing code, and adapting test sequences.
- Experience with MS SQL for data extraction and analysis, together with the ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Practical understanding of electronics, electrical measurements, diagnostic techniques, and automated test equipment, gained in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and root cause problem-solving skills, combined with good communication and teamwork.
- Good written and spoken Polish and English.
