What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deliver AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions that solve business challenges and create measurable value.
- Build and integrate AI agents and Large Language Model (LLM)-based capabilities with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications to improve user experiences and workflows.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and architectures that enable secure, reliable, and high-performing AI solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into practical AI products that drive adoption and business impact.
- Explore and apply emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve processes, innovation, and organizational capability.
What We're Looking For
- Experience developing and delivering enterprise software solutions using languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI solution evaluation.
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations to build scalable applications.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-focused way.
- A proactive mindset with a track record of taking ownership, solving complex problems, and delivering outcomes in product-oriented environments.
