You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by delivering reliable, high-quality IT support to employees at our Van Wert site. Your work ensures that both office and manufacturing teams stay productive, connected, and focused on what matters most.
As a trusted IT partner, you’ll solve issues end-to-end and create a seamless support experience across multiple channels. Your ability to troubleshoot and communicate clearly will directly impact user satisfaction and business continuity.
You’ll also strengthen our IT environment by identifying root causes, improving processes, and supporting secure, compliant systems aligned with Danfoss standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide second-line IT support across phone, email, chat, and in-person channels to resolve incidents and requests efficiently
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to restore user productivity quickly
- Manage user access and system administration tasks in line with security and compliance standards
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams while ensuring clear communication and ownership throughout resolution
- Analyze recurring issues, document solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT services
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience providing IT support in a second-line or similar support environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (including Outlook and Teams), and end-user devices
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure fundamentals such as networks, connectivity, and mobile device management
- Clear communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global team
