The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss Power Solutions, we are currently looking for support at our Baden‑Baden site. You want to own projects from start to finish and help push our production to the next level?

 

As a Project Engineer (m/f/d) Manufacturing, you make sure new machines start up smoothly and our production lines for hose assemblies run at their best. You coordinate processes, stay close to the technical topics, and bring fresh ideas into the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • You take care of the full project management for new production machines – including planning, installation, and commissioning.
  • You plan new plant projects, define machine requirements, and choose suitable technologies.
  • You manage orders and investments and handle technical documentation such as requirement specifications.
  • You check components and hose assemblies for dimensional accuracy and conformity and support the release process.
  • You design tools based on customer requirements and prepare process runs as well as trainings for new machines.

What We're Looking For

 

  • A completed technician qualification or an engineering degree in mechanical engineering – ideally with a focus on manufacturing.
  • Initial experience in an engineering or production environment.
  • Confident use of CAD tools.
  • Basic project management skills and a good understanding of production processes.
  • Very good German and English skills plus willingness to travel occasionally
