As our new Project Manager in R&D, you’ll guide a portfolio of market leading radiator thermostats and valves into the future. These products are trusted worldwide—but the world is changing, and we are looking for someone who can open new lines of thinking, optimize project execution and time to market, and drive change management in close collaboration with engineering, production, and other key functions.
Your role is about shaping how we work—bringing fresh approaches and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be part of strategic projects across product changes, cost-down initiatives, controls and digital systems, and manufacturing improvements
- Drive Agile ways of working —using iterative planning, retrospectives, continuous improvement practices, adapted to a stage-gate project model
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align engineering, production, procurement, and quality on shared goals
- Engage suppliers and partners to secure input, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of components, equipment, and testing
- Track progress, resources, and budgets — adjusting plans to maintain momentum and deliver upon the business case, also post-launch
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing complex projects within defined constraints, using project management tools and Agile methodologies
- A team player who motivates others, builds strong relationships, and supports a positive environment
- Skilled at identifying and prioritizing high value tasks and deliverable
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken, with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Background in mechanical engineering, product development, or manufacturing equipment and process design
