As a Project Management Intern at Danfoss Turbocor, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping the next generation of high‑efficiency, oil‑free compressor technology used around the world. Your work will help accelerate engineering projects that drive sustainability and performance in the commercial HVAC industry.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in how ideas become products—learning directly from experienced Project Managers and cross‑functional teams. Through your contributions, you’ll help improve processes, strengthen project execution, and support innovations that matter.
This internship is designed to give you real responsibility, mentorship, and a clear understanding of how impactful project work happens in a global engineering environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting project planning and execution so engineering teams can meet key milestones.
- Creating and updating schedules, budgets, and project documents to keep work organized and transparent.
- Following up with team members to ensure tasks stay on track and issues are resolved quickly.
- Preparing project status updates and testing reports that help leaders make informed decisions.
- Contributing to process improvements that strengthen project workflows and tools across the business.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, STEM, or Business.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in team environments.
- Ability to stay organized and manage deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new digital tools and software quickly.
- Availability to work 40 hours/week during summer and 20 hours/week during spring/fall within standard business hours (M–F, 8–5).
Nice to Have
- Power BI Knowledge

MS Project experience.

Demonstrated leadership roles (student orgs, fundraising, event coordination, etc.).
