The Impact You'll Make
As our Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in lead the full technical preparation, installation, and ramp up of production equipment for the new Braze Plate Heat Exchanger (BPHE) manufacturing setup in Monterrey, MX.
Your impact? Ensures that transferred equipment, support infrastructure, and factory layout are prepared and installed according to global specifications, and that the site reaches operational readiness within the planned timeline.
You’ll collaborate with teams and functions and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the overall project for transferring and installing BPHE production equipment in Monterrey.
- Ensure factory space is cleared, prepared, and meets all technical installation prerequisites.
- Apply structured quality processes to verify installation, operational performance, and production capability.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards, EHS requirements, and local regulatory expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- +5 years experience in production technology, industrial engineering, equipment installation, or manufacturing project management.
- Knowledge of braze plate heat exchanger production, heat treatment, brazing, vacuum furnaces, or metal fabrication is an advantage.
- Fluent English
- Experience with complex equipment transfers and factory installations preferred.
