The Impact You'll Make
As Project Manager, PCBA Testing, you will help ensure our electronics products are supported by reliable, high-quality testing solutions across our global manufacturing network. Your work will play a key role in successful product launches, manufacturing readiness, and long-term product quality.
Working closely with product development, manufacturing partners, suppliers, and supply chain teams, you will lead the delivery of testing solutions that support both new and existing products. By helping build testability into designs from the initial stages, you will contribute to efficient production and a positive customer experience.
This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with project leadership in a collaborative, international environment where your contributions have a direct impact on business continuity, product quality, and operational performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development of PCBA testing solutions for new products to support successful product introductions and manufacturing readiness.
- Guide test strategy decisions by applying Design for Test principles and identifying appropriate test methods throughout product development.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and supplier partners to ensure testing requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
- Manage supplier engagement, sourcing activities, and project execution to deliver testing solutions on schedule.
- Coordinate technical documentation, software, and product samples to support efficient development and implementation of test systems.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with PCBA design, electronics manufacturing, and production test methods.
- Knowledge of Design for Test (DfT) principles and experience with in-circuit and functional testing solutions.
- Ability to lead technical projects and work effectively with diverse stakeholders across locations and organizations.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Professional proficiency in English
