The Impact You'll Make

As a Project Manager, he/she is expected to be be responsible for leading, planning and implementing multiple operation projects for next 2 to 3 years - new TT line, Machining and Subassembly Implementation in Turbocor HY. ; supporting and leading global projects for internal process, efficiency improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Actively work with cross funcitonal teams and be responsible for managing operation projects. 
  • Responsible for creating and executing project plans and revising the plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting of project cost, time and quality (KPIs) to ensure that projects meet Danfoss and customer requirements. 
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs 
  • Perform Risk Management with systematically collected and reported issues, address mitigation actions, responsibilities and timelines. 
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to customer. 
  • Effectively apply project management methodology and enforces project standards. 
  • Regularly review ,report to management and main stakeholders for project status, priorities and issues to support future business growth.            
  • Participate some techinical activities such as specification, layout and process design,review and implementation etc.

What We're Looking For

  • Master/Bachelor Degree in related domain preferable    
  • Sound tracking records of project management experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills    
  • PMP preferable
