The Impact You'll Make

You will shape how Danfoss standardizes and digitalizes manufacturing systems across the globe. Your work builds the digital backbone of production—connecting machines, systems, and people through stable, ISA95‑compliant manufacturing setups.

In this role, you directly support Danfoss’ growth by enabling scalable, transparent, and data‑driven production environments. By improving traceability, system stability, and production visibility, you strengthen Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance across global sites.

You operate at the intersection of manufacturing, IT, and automation—turning complex production systems into reliable, future‑ready operations aligned with our LEAP2030 strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and implement global manufacturing system standards, including MES/MOM and production line interfaces, to enable scalable and ISA95‑compliant setups.
  • Lead and support global system projects, troubleshooting and stabilizing production systems to reduce downtime and improve data quality.
  • Develop and optimize operator guidance, traceability, and database solutions, improving production transparency and decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with production sites, IT, automation teams, and suppliers to roll out digital manufacturing solutions across regions.
  • Support and train Production Engineers and Maintenance teams, ensuring smooth operation of production systems, servers, and databases.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in manufacturing systems, production technology, or industrial digitalization, with a strong operational and system mindset.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of MES/MOM, production IT systems, and databases, including the ability to read and write MS SQL queries.
  • Background in manufacturing environments such as assembly, hydraulic testing, or automation‑driven production.
  • Ability to work across global, cross‑functional teams and manage complex technical stakeholders in English.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and system integration; experience with SAP, PLM Teamcenter, or Power BI is a strong advantage.

What You'll Get from Us

At Danfoss, you join a collaborative, inclusive, and highly skilled global team that values curiosity and continuous improvement. You will work with modern manufacturing technologies and influence how digital production systems are designed and scaled worldwide.
We offer strong learning opportunities within manufacturing digitalization, exposure to global projects, and the chance to grow your expertise in MES/MOM and industrial IT. Your work will have clear impact—on production performance today and on how Danfoss manufactures in the future.
