What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and deliver high-quality compressor prototypes to support R&D and product validation, ensuring timely and reliable results
- Perform tear-down analysis on tested units and translate findings into clear reports that guide engineering improvements
- Design and create tools, fixtures, and assembly solutions that enable efficient prototype and low-volume builds
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve design for manufacturability and assembly (DFM/DFA) in new product development
- Support manufacturing by troubleshooting processes, solving technical issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in product development or manufacturing
- Strong hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and disassembly, ideally in compressors or similar systems
- Proficiency in CAD tools for 3D modeling and 2D drawings
- Experience with DFM/DFA principles and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to manage work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills
