What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain unconstrained demand forecasts at material, customer, and location levels using SAP IBP and multiple demand signals.
- Lead demand review discussions with Sales and Account Managers to build an aligned and accurate consensus demand plan.
- Analyze forecast performance, including accuracy, bias, and forecast value-add metrics, while identifying root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate demand planning activities within the monthly SIOP cycle and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
- Create and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytics that provide insight and support business decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP/SIOP, or Supply Chain Planning, working across multiple planning horizons and levels of data aggregation.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global teams and time zones.
