Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Analyst role ​to join us at our diverse team. The analyst will be responsible for verifying raw materials surcharges from multipe suppliers globally.   

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

• Verify Raw material Surcharges received from multiple Suppliers globally.
• Ensure complete accuracy of financial numbers.
• Communication with Suppliers globally and resolve queries raised by them.
• Keep a track and record of all Surcharges on monthly basis.
• Maintain the timeliness of Surcharges as per service level agreement. (SLA)

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Invoice Processing, Accounts etc.
• Excellent data analysis skills, customer focus, strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders internal and external.
• Team player
