This is an individual contributor role working for Power Solution Group to support processes that are deployed in the CRM tool. In the CRM tool, this position will work with IT to execute on business needs and interact with the users and business stakeholders to support the deployed processes and to sustain established business guidelines around business process and data. 


This includes user maintenance, general user support and troubleshooting issues, performing some business administrative tasks, and working with IT to resolve known issues and implement functionality changes required by the business (requirement clarifications, fulfillment of those requirements, and testing)


This position will also need to interact with responsible people in the organization to ensure good data quality and business process adherence.


 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  • Working closely with business for gathering and executing requirements. 
  • Facilitate CRM utilization/adoption 
  • Collaborating with IT on CRM issues and needs on behalf of the business 
  • Stakeholder management, working closely with business and IT for CRM releases 
  • Participate in business process improvement (BPI) for CRM 
  • User Acceptance Testing and giving sign offs 
  • Coordinate user maintenance (new users, user profile changes) and perform business administrative tasks in the CRM tool - Enhancement/Change management 
  • Analysis, Assessment, Proposals etc 
  • Track enhancements including supporting vetting, clarification, and alignment with the business Connecting with business for data accuracy, business process, and ensuring proper utilization of processes in the CRM tool 
  • Supporting CRM users located globally, interacting closely with a network of established super users Drive CRM data health and quality 

 

User Training 

  • CRM Project and Business Process Support: First Level of answering questions, providing training, consolidating issues / requests related to CRM project and business processes - Knowledge Management

 

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Siebel CRM or other CRM tools 
  • Business Acumen: Good business understanding. 
  • Basic experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) will be added advantage. 
  • Understanding of BI tools like OBIEE or PowerBI will be added advantage 
  • Proficiency MS-Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
  • Understanding of Basic Project Management/co-ordination 
  • Ability to work collaboratively. Good written and Verbal communications skills. 
  • Thorough understanding of business processes & systems 
  • Reasoning ability - Ability to develop relationships and communicate cross-functionally and with people located globally 
  • Must be able to solve problem independently and make decisions
