The Impact You'll Make

 

As an Engineer, PLM & Product Compliance, you will play an important role in helping our Fluid Conveyance Division maintain high-quality engineering data, efficient product lifecycle processes, and strong compliance performance. You'll support engineers and stakeholders across the business by ensuring our PLM systems, engineering data, and change management processes enable teams to work effectively and make informed decisions.
In this role, you will help translate regulatory, customer, and market requirements into practical engineering actions that support business objectives. Your work will improve data accuracy, strengthen compliance responsiveness, and drive operational excellence through automation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. By collaborating with global teams, you will help create a more efficient, reliable, and compliant product development environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

As part of the Data & ESG team, you will combine PLM expertise, engineering knowledge, and process improvement to support business success. Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide engineering-focused support for Teamcenter PLM by resolving system, process, and engineering data issues that impact business continuity and productivity.
  • Improve engineering data quality, dashboards, and reporting capabilities to increase visibility and support efficient Change Request (CR) and Change Notice (CN) execution.
  • Assess regulatory, customer, and market compliance requirements and evaluate their impact on products, engineering data, and related business processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance that strengthen PLM capabilities across engineering teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance process enhancements.

What We're Looking For

 

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented engineer who enjoys improving processes, solving complex data challenges, and working across global teams.
Essential qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in product application engineering, design engineering, or a similar engineering role.
  • Experience working with Teamcenter or another Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
  • Knowledge of engineering change management processes, engineering data management, reporting, or data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, compliance, and global stakeholder groups.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Fluid Conveyance products, product compliance activities, regulatory requirements, dashboard development, user training, process documentation, automation initiatives, or continuous improvement projects would be advantageous.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for improving engineering processes and data quality.
