The Impact You'll Make

As a Representative, Planner & Order Fulfillment, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the right products at the right time while supporting an efficient, resilient, and globally connected supply chain. Working closely with manufacturing plants, distribution centers, suppliers, sales teams, and customer service partners, you'll balance customer demand, inventory optimization, and material availability to drive operational excellence.
 
In this role, you'll help transform supply chain plans into execution by managing material flow, supporting order fulfillment activities, and proactively mitigating risks that could impact customer deliveries. Your expertise in planning, supplier coordination, and ERP systems will directly contribute to improved service levels, inventory performance, and business outcomes across Danfoss' global operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute material and fulfillment plans based on customer demand, forecasts, production schedules, and order requirements to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate supply and inventory across global manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and suppliers while resolving shortages, capacity constraints, and supply disruptions.
  • Conduct daily order book reviews, manage order changes, create deliveries, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to align customer expectations with supply capabilities.
  • Utilize SAP planning tools to execute MRP activities, maintain planning parameters, and ensure the accuracy of inventory, lead time, supplier, and master data.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, supply chain efficiency, process standardization, and operational performance.
Beyond day-to-day planning activities, you'll provide insights during S&OP discussions, support sourcing and supply chain improvement projects, and develop recovery plans for critical supply risks to ensure uninterrupted customer service.

What We're Looking For

 

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in material planning, supply planning, inventory management, or order fulfillment within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including MRP, inventory management, demand planning, and supplier coordination.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP (MM/PP) or comparable ERP planning systems, combined with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications

APICS CPIM or CSCP certification, experience supporting global manufacturing networks, and familiarity with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and inventory optimization methodologies is also highly desir
