Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an experienced IT Senior Consultant, Teamcenter Operations for PLM Services of Danfoss Group IT (DGIT). The team is responsible for supporting and manage our existing Teamcenter PLM systems and making the OnePLM journey a success. 
As our new colleague, you will be part of a well-functioning global team of committed and skilled IT consultants, who are front runners within Teamcenter PLM and help Danfoss on the digital transformation.
 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

1. Teamcenter administration, L1 and L2 user support, issue Investigation and resolution. 
2. Deployment support, application monitoring, Teamcenter integrations with CAD Tools and ERP systems.
3. Install, configure, and maintain Teamcenter infrastructure components, ensuring optimal system performance.
4. Monitor system health, diagnose, and resolve issues, and implement preventive measures.
5. Analyze and optimize system performance through regular monitoring and tuning activities.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Teamcenter infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
7. Develop code with minimum supervision, that meets quality standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

1. Bachelors / Masters engineering degree in Computer/IT, Electronics, Mechanical
2  Must have 5+ Years of development experience in Teamcenter UA.
3. In-depth understanding of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and components.
4. Proficiency in Teamcenter server administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Proficient in database management systems.
5. Experience in administering PLM systems, understanding data models, workflows, and access controls.
6. Familiarity with BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE) for configuring and customizing data models.
7. Exposure to AWC Support and Customization.
8. Strong PLM Domain skills: TCUA and BMIDE Data model, exposure to NX, Data migration, TC Upgrade, SAP (T4S) & other (T4EA) integrations will be added advantage.
9. Strong PLM Technical skills: Java, C/C++, ITK, SOA, BMIDE, SQL script.
10. Good understanding of Teamcenter modules: Schedule Manager, WF designer, Access Manager, Document Management, Structure Manager, Classification, Change Management.
11. Good understanding of ITIL 4.0 process.
12. Strong interpersonal communication and report writing skills.
13. Adapt and share knowledge and best practice.
14. Proficient in both written and spoken English.
15. Self-driven and team player.
