What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage the DTC Haiyan QMS build and continuous improvement, including document controls, process standard review, update and training.
• Lead and manage the internal and external audits, including MPA, PED, ETL, ISO9001, LOA IATF16949, ISO14001, etc.
• Lead and manage the management review of DTC Haiyan factory.
• Collaborate with TLH QMS responsible to manage the QMS process standard in Haiyan(DTC).
• Collaborate with process owners to manage the process PPI of DTC Haiyan factory.
• Lead and manage the EHS work in DTC Haiyan factory, support by campus EHS team.
• Collaborate with team to do regular safety check for DTC Haiyan factory, including R&D lab. 
• Work with team and TLH to ensure the QMS PPIs, audits and checks in DTC Haiyan factory.
• Execute the safety checks and audit regularly that support safety work environment in DTC Haiyan factory 
• Work with team to complete the QMS re-build and re-certificate during H2C relocation 
• Work with team to carry out the “三同时”
• Gaps remove and improvement for QEHS management 

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of BS Degree in engineering or quality management background. 
• 5+ years working experience on quality management system and safety controls. 
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
• Logical and clear, possessing systematic thinking and the ability to withstand pressure.
• English is working language(spoken and written).
• ISO/IATF internal auditor certificate is required.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to predict risks.
